La vista e’ appagata tutte le mattine. Usciamo dal nostro Blue Spring nella frizzante aria mattutina e ci riempiamo gli occhi guardando il mare e la lunga spiaggia ancora deserta.
Il tatto e’ la sensazione sublime che provo ogni sera nello sporcarmi le mani di morbido parmigiano, vero, appena gratuggiato per cospargere i piatti di pasta fresca.
L’udito sono le note di Battisti che risuonano in sottofondo mentre lavoriamo, ricordi di casa, parole a volte profetiche (si viaggiare …)
Il gusto di poter sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino al cinema dove, al posto del porta pop-corn, ogni comodo sedile e’ dotato di un tavolinetto porta calici.
L’olfatto sono i profumi dimenticati da mesi: il basilico fresco, l’aceto balsamico, il rosmarino sulle patate, la bruschetta, la caprese e tutti i piatti che sforniamo ogni sera.
Il sesto senso, forse, e’ quello che ci ha fatto partire e ci ha condotti fino a qui, oggi, dopo nove mesi di viaggio.
