Ebbene si’, ad appena due settimane dalla partenza, non abbiamo potuto resistere e abbiamo organizzato un paio di cenoni di comida italiana invitando i nuovi amici che stiamo conoscendo viaggiando. Complice di tutto cio’ e’ stato l’appartamento che ci ha ospitato nei freddi e piovosi giorni di Ushuaia e che rapidamente abbiamo trasformato in casa nostra coinvolgendo i conquilini che si avvicendavano: prima tre chicas argentine (Hola Chechi, que tal? Ahora somos in Chile y tomamos el mate! Gracias por scriber nos en el blog, las cenas in Ushuaia fueron muy linde! Suerte!) in arrivo da un mese di lavoro sul ghiacciaio del Perito Moreno; poi due ragazze e un ragazzo di Israele che hanno sfatato, con i loro racconti, la visione di seri osservanti che avevamo nei confronti di tutti gli israeliani e che ci hanno permesso ci conoscere meglio la realta’ complessa del loro paese. Ospiti fissi: i Roman! Pino, Giorgio e Gabriele che ci hanno fatto divertire per tutti i giorni in Ushuaia, con i loro racconti e il loro travolgente modo di fare. Abbiam anche preso un po’ di accento romanaccio!
Ma soprattutto queste cene sono state un successo grazie alla cocinera Scritch e alla fantastica comida che e’ riuscita a preparare con i mezzi locali: considerate che l’ultima cena il menu’ e’ stato: risotto malbec e chorizo e costine di agnello fritte. Che dire mi viene ancora l’acquolina in bocca…
